My name is Dorothy Miller. I have been raising show dogs for 35 years. The first was a German Shepard -- an 11-month-old male. With him, I learned the value of higher breeding after experiencing the dishonest practices of "back door" breeders and the medical issues they created.
Later, when I wanted to purchase the best Shih Tzu breeding stock, my search led to Canada. The breeding stock I chose was raised by Canadian Kennel Club judges Richard and Wendy Paquette.
From the Paquettes, I purchased Kiera (Take A Closer Look). Her puppies are raised in my kitchen from birth, which makes them "people" dogs. Visit the About page to learn more about both Kiera and my sire, Race (To Each His Own).
About the Paquettes
Richard and Wendy Paquette have been involved in purebred dogs for over 35 years. Shih Tzu is their main breed.
They have produced over 200 Canadian Champions, 60 United States Champions, 12 different Best in Show winners and eight National Specialty winning dogs.
